Today was clean-up day, after the insulation removal.  It took about 2 hours and we got all of the loose insulation cleaned up.  I listed the 30 bags of insulation on craigslist for free and couldn't believe our luck when we got a text from a family in KY that wanted it all.  They came with 2 pickup trucks and loaded it up.  Probably saved us $100+ in what it would have cost us to have it hauled away.

As always when working on a project, you often find other repairs that have nothing whatsoever to do with the project you are working on, as we did today.  While looking at what we needed to start on next to start closing in the basement eves, Joe found a leak in the back shower. So our next task has now changed to repairing the plumbing in the back bathroom, bummer.  But the flip side is it would have been really bad if we had completely finished the basement then found the leak.  So I am giving this day a successful grade, not what we planned, but progress.
